πŸ“ Birmingham | πŸ’° Up to Β£45,000 + Benefits | 🏒 Building Services Consultancy The Opportunity An established and growing MEP Building Services Consultancy in Birmingham is looking to appoint a Mechanical Engineer to join its dynamic design team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer who is looking to develop their career across a diverse range of projects including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities Design and specification of mechanical building services systems including: HVAC Heating systems Ventilation Domestic water services Public health systems Produce calculations, technical reports, and design drawings.

Work closely with electrical engineers and wider project teams.

Attend client meetings and site visits where required.

Support projects from concept through to completion.

Ensure designs comply with current regulations and industry standards.

Contribute to delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.

Experience working within an MEP Consultancy or Building Services environment.

Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and relevant British Standards.

Experience using industry software such as Hevacomp, IES, Revit, Auto CAD, or similar.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Working towards Chartership (desirable but not essential).
