Health & Safety Manager Location: Mansfield Sector: Civil Engineering / Construction Department: Health & Safety Reports to: Managing Director / H&S Director / Senior Management Team The Role My client, a very well regarded residential civil engineering company, are seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead and support health, safety and environmental standards across our construction operations, based in the East Midlands. Senior Health and Safety Advisor candidates, ready to progress into management, will also be considered. Working closely with senior management, Contracts Managers and site teams, you will provide competent H&S advice, oversee compliance, support project mobilisation and drive a proactive safety culture across the business. This is a hands-on role for a practical H&S professional who is confident working across multiple construction sites and engaging with people at all levels. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day management of health and safety across construction operations. Provide competent H&S advice to directors, managers, supervisors and site teams.
