• Join a growing and ambitious MEP Building Services Consultancy in Manchester.
• Take a leading role in the delivery of a wide range of projects across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.
• Opportunity to influence the growth and direction of the Electrical team.
• Clear pathway for progression into Associate and ultimately Director level positions.
• Work closely with senior leadership on both technical delivery and business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services projects.
• Manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Mentor and support junior and intermediate engineers.
• Attend client meetings and build strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with Mechanical, BIM, and wider design teams.
• Review and approve technical designs, calculations, and specifications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Significant experience within a Building Services Consultancy environment.
• Strong electrical design experience across a variety of project sectors.
• Proficient with industry-standard design software.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to lead projects and manage engineering teams.
• Chartered status or working towards Chartership is advantageous.
