We are now looking to speak with experienced and driven M&E Fit-Out Managers to take ownership of a critical role overseeing the mechanical and electrical elements of bespoke fit-out projects.
As the M&E Fit-Out Manager, you will be responsible for leading the installation and coordination of mechanical and electrical systems across multiple complex projects. You’ll manage both direct staff and subcontractors, ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards, and be a key driver of project delivery from planning through to completion.
- Lead and manage mechanical and electrical fit-out works across multiple ongoing projects
- Coordinate staff and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines and budgets
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health & safety regulations and project specifications
- Monitor progress, quality assurance, and cost control
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Proven experience in M&E fit-out management, ideally within the construction or interiors sector.
In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, regulations, and fit-out methods.
Relevant qualifications in mechanical or electrical engineering, construction, or project management are highly desirable.
40 hours per week ~ Monday–Thursday: 7:00am–4:00pm
Company closes for all Bank Holidays and enjoys a Christmas shutdown period.
