I am working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and established Operations / Contract Manager with facade contracting experience.

The overall purpose of this role is to administrate and deliver multiple built-up cladding system, composite panel and SFS out remediation contracts safely within the commitment of the contract on high value commercial and residential projects in London and the South from inception to completion for end users, tier 2 main contractors and developers.
An engineering or construction related degree is desirable, and an ability to demonstrate a record of achievement and significant successes in the delivery of said envelope packages is non-negotiable.
