Nicholas Associates is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join a growing residential groundworks contractor in Leicestershire.
The role blends estimating and surveying from tender stage through to project completion, with responsibility for cost plans, procurement and final accounts.
You will work closely with commercial and operational teams to deliver multiple projects, interpreting drawings and specifications, and maintaining client and supplier relationships.
