Graduate Building Surveyor
Location: Norfolk
Salary: Β£25,000 β Β£40,000 Per Annum
Due to continued growth our Client has an opportunity for a Building Surveyor to join our team of Chartered Surveyors and architectural designers carrying out work throughout Norfolk and East Anglia. They\βre offering a great opportunity for Graduates to receive full support throughout the RICS APC process.
The successful candidate will be provided with a varied workload across a wide range of surveying and architectural work including the following:
The Role:
- Residential and commercial building surveys
- Architectural design
- Contract Administration
- Party walls
- Dilapidations
- Principal Designer/CDM
You:
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Competency in using AutoCAD
- Excellent communication skills and professional manner
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Desire to progress your career within a small team
- Full UK driving licence
