Position: German Speaking Marketing and Sales Manager - DACH Region

Salary: 40-45K, commensurate with experience

Location: Warwickshire (Hybrid, 2-3 days in the office)

Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a German Speaking Marketing professional to drive business across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. This is a varied, hands-on role where you will combine marketing, sales and commercial thinking to drive growth across the DACH region. Working closely with the global Marketing and Sales teams, you will become the voice of the DACH market, helping our client to understand customers, identify opportunities and execute activities that generate awareness, engagement and revenue. We are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building relationships and turning ideas into action in a fast-paced, growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the DACH market, including customer needs, competitors and market opportunities.
  • Help shape and deliver regional growth plans.
  • Act as the key point of contact for DACH within the business.
  • Work with the global Marketing team to localise campaigns and content for the DACH market.
