Are you a competent Fabricator who has a background putting together complex parts within an Engineering and Manufacturing environment? If so, then please read on!

The basics:

  • Role: Permanent
  • Location: Heanor
  • Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am to 4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am to 12.30pm)
  • Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
  • Salary: Up to £18.00 per hour DOE = £36,504 per annum + OT = Earnings of up to £40,000+ per annum
  • Holidays & Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, 4% pension contribution

Overview: We now require an additional Fabricator to join the fabrication department in producing bespoke products, working with a wide range of materials and thicknesses in our purpose built fabrication shop. The role will entail marking out and cutting material, producing weld preps where required, drilling and tack welding into complete assemblies.

The ideal Fabricator may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Able to interpret detailed engineering drawings
  • Previous experience putting together components in an engineering and manufacturing environment - building first class parts.

Commutable from: Alfreton, Ripley, Clay Cross, Derby, Mansfield and surrounding areas.
