I am working on a great opportunity for an experienced Estimating Manager with a robust knowledge of façade remediation best practice, fire safety regulations and the Building Safety Act.
The overall purpose of this role is to lead all façade remediation pre-construction activities across both main contractor and subcontractor roles. This position requires deep technical expertise in façades, cladding and fenestration systems, combined with strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
The successful candidate will drive early-stage project design, estimating, procurement and client engagement to ensure a commercially viable and compliant tender.
