This position will see you taking responsibility for the strategy, delivery, and optimisation of enterprise applications across the EMEA region. This will include ERP, Quality Management Systems, HR Management systems, logistics systems and more. You will bring a blend of technical depth, business acumen, and leadership experience to drive transformation and operational excellence.
What you will do:
- Own the enterprise applications roadmap to ensure alignment with the business requirements and overall global IT strategy.
- Lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of IT platforms such as NetSuite, SAP, and other SaaS and on-premise systems.
- Work with key stakeholders in the business to define requirements, prioritise enhancements and developments and to ensure that all applications meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Oversee application management, including vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and support.
- Establish, manage and maintain governance frameworks for data integrity, security, and compliance across applications.
- Manage a team of business analysts, developers, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with architecture, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity teams to ensure cohesive and secure system design.
- Drive automation, self-service, and analytics capabilities to improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.
- Monitor KPIs and service levels, and provide regular updates to IT and business leadership.
About You:
- A degree level qualification in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field is essential.
- Post graduate qualifications are preferred.
- Proven, professional experience in enterprise applications management with an extended period of time in a leadership role. This position is NOT suitable for a newly qualified graduate.
- Proven experience with ERP is essential, and this should include O2C and Manufacturing (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Dynamics), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), eQMS, and HCM platforms.
- Strong understanding of integration frameworks, middleware, and data architecture.
- Experience with agile methodologies, project management, and change management.
- Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOX) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.
