Role: CNC Machinist - CNC Miller
Position: Permanent
Location: Consett
Pay: £24.45 per hour / £51,180 per annum + overtime = earnings of £55,000 and upwards achievable
Hours/Shifts: 6-6 4 days on, 7 days off, 3 nights on, 4 nights off, 3 days on, 4 nights on, 3 days off - rotation
Contracted hours per week: 40.25hrs per week
Overtime: Paid at x1.5
Holidays/Benefits: 33 days holiday, Pension, Death in Service.
Overview: Working in modern, purpose-built manufacturing facilities we now require a CNC Miller to join the team.
The ideal candidate may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Time served engineering apprenticeship
- Previous CNC Milling experience - programming from drawings online at the machine beneficial.
- Be able to program/edit online at the machine - Heidenhain, Mazatrol and Fanuc beneficial
- Competent at reading and interpreting technical drawings
Commutable from: Stanley, Dipton, Consett, Gateshead, Birtley, Durham and surrounding areas.
