We’re working with a well-established, multidisciplinary Building Design Consultancy in Leeds that is looking to bring in an MEP Coordinator to support continued project growth across residential, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
The Role:
As a MEP Coordinator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of projects by managing BIM workflows, ensuring model accuracy, and supporting the design team across various stages. You'll work closely with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure BIM standards are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate BIM models across disciplines using Revit and Navisworks
- Support project teams with clash detection, issue tracking, and model management
- Maintain and enforce company and industry BIM standards
- Assist in BIM execution planning and documentation
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality outputs
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a BIM/MEP role within a building design consultancy
- Strong proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of BIM Level 2 standards and protocols
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
