We’re supporting a growing building design consultancy in Birmingham that delivers sustainable MEP and multidisciplinary projects across the commercial, residential, education, and healthcare sectors. With a strong pipeline and continued project wins, they’re now looking to bring an Associate Director to head up the Mechanical sector.
The Role
- Lead mechanical design across HVAC, plumbing, and public health
- Coordinate with in‑house disciplines and external consultants
- Support project delivery, attend client meetings, and guide junior engineers
- Ensure designs meet UK regulations and sustainable design standards
What You’ll Need
- Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- Chartered status or working toward CEng (CIBSE/IMechE)
- Experience within a UK building design consultancy
- Strong software skills: Revit, AutoCAD, Hevacomp, IES or similar
