My client, a very well established and respected civil engineering contractor is looking for an experienced Site Agent to lead a significant HS2 track drainage package across three separate work fronts, in Warwickshire. Key Responsibilities Lead the safe and efficient delivery of the drainage package across three work fronts. Monitor progress against programme and identify and address potential delays at an early stage. Support the Project Manager with programme, cost, change and risk management. Manage technical queries, design changes, NCRs and construction issues through to resolution. Maintain strong working relationships with the client, principal contractor and project stakeholders. Ensure works are delivered in accordance with HS2 health, safety, environmental and quality requirements. Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery and coordination of the package. Candidate Requirements Proven experience as a Site Agent delivering major civil engineering projects. Experience working as an engineer, with strong technical knowledge Strong experience in drainage construction, preferably on major infrastructure or rail projects.
