Nicholas Associates is partnered with a groundworks sub-contractor based in the East Midlands, providing a groundworks and civil engineering service to the construction industry. They are looking for a Health and Safety Advisor who will be required to work on sites across the East Midlands.

To succeed in this role, you will be expected to carry out the following roles and responsibilities with a comfortable level of autonomy:

  • Report to the regional HSE Manager and provide support and assistance to the HSE team, Construction Directors, Contracts Managers, and the site teams on HSE issues.
  • Have/build an accurate understanding of the Organisation's HSE policies and management system.
  • Promote and ensure implementation of the organisation's occupational health and safety practices.
