Overview

Warehouse and Trade Counter Operative

Permanent or Temp to Perm.

Location: S74

Hours: 37.5 Hrs per week

  • 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa Β£25k-Β£27k per year basic. Negotiable for the right candidate

  • 20 days flexible holidays per calendar year + stats
  • Profit share inclusion after 1 full year service
  • Pension

The job

  • Receive, check, and book-in deliveries
  • Pick, pack, bag, repack & despatch customer orders
  • Serve trade counter customers and process sales
  • Arrange national & international courier shipments
  • Keep stock organised, replenished & shelf-ready
  • Assist with general product handling and preparation
  • Ensure excellent customer service and smooth operations

You

  • You should have previous trade counter & wholesale warehouse/stores experience
  • The ability to learn about the range of products and an eye for detail
  • Strong customer service & teamwork skills
  • Counterbalance Lift Truck licence desirable (training available)
