Location: Cardiff
Full-Time | Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 + Saturday rota

We\’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected main dealer in Cardiff for a qualified Vehicle Technician to join their growing team. Whether you\’re a Level 3 Service Technician, MOT Tester, or developing in your career, we want to hear from you.
You\’ll be working across a range of vehicles – from cars to light commercial vehicles (LCVs) – including well-known makes such as Volkswagen, Mercedes, and more.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out routine servicing, repairs, and diagnostics on vehicles (cars and vans)
- Conducting MOT preparation and inspections (MOT Tester qualification a bonus)
- Identifying faults and providing technical solutions in line with manufacturer standards
- Maintaining accurate service records and repair documentation
- Working collaboratively with the workshop team to meet deadlines and uphold customer satisfaction
- Supporting and mentoring apprentices where needed
Qualifications
- Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 or equivalent)
- Previous experience with a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Comfortable working on both cars and light commercial vehicles (LCVs)
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and customer service
- MOT licence is desirable but not essential
