Are you an early riser who enjoys being on the road and delivering excellent customer service? We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Driver based in Embleton, offering a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and established business delivering high-quality produce across the region.
The Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of fresh produce, packaged goods, and wines to customers across Cumbria, the Lake District, the North East, and Scotland.
This is a fast-paced role that requires reliability, excellent time management, and a professional approach when representing the business.
Working Hours
- Full-time position
- Monday to Saturday
- Early morning starts between 2:00am and 5:00am
- Immediate starts available
Key Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
- Carrying out deliveries to a range of commercial customers
- Ensuring products arrive in excellent condition
- Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers
- Adhering to all road safety and transport regulations
What We're Looking For
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Strong geographical knowledge of Cumbria, the North East and Scotland advantageous
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and self-motivated
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
