We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Shipley for a Customer Service Advisor Part time to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (after 12-week probation)

Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am - 3.00pm or 9.00am - 2.30pm

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
  • Handle customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Support customers with enquiries, account management, and problem resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
