Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this is a key role responsible for leading and developing the site maintenance function. The role is approximately 40% hands-on and 60% office-based, combining leadership responsibilities with practical engineering involvement.

Key responsibilities include:

Although the role is days-based, the site operates 24/7, so occasional call-outs may be required. Typical equipment includes motors, gearboxes, conveyors, rollers and associated processing machinery. We are open to candidates from either a Mechanical or Electrical background. Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial, however we would also welcome applications from experienced Maintenance Engineers looking to step into their first management position.
