The Role

We are seeking a driven and technically minded Graduate Aftersales Engineer to support our customers post‑installation. This role focuses on ensuring optimal performance, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through high‑quality service and engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers regarding installed systems
  • Assist with fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance activities
  • Work closely with senior engineers on aftersales projects and service visits
