Join our bakery team to support and improve quality systems, ensuring products meet food safety, legal, and customer standards. Reporting to the QA Manager, you'll manage internal audits (GMP, HACCP, Glass & Plastic), monitor compliance, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Key Duties:
- Conduct and manage internal audits and ensure timely close-outs
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Lead daily taste panels and communicate actions
- Support GMP, allergen controls, and technical best practices
- Track performance targets and improve audit scores & complaints
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in technical/hygiene (food manufacturing preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset
- Good IT skills

- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm
