We are on the lookout for a Production Welder to join our expanding client based in Loughborough on a full-time, permanent basis.

Salary: £14.50 - £15.50 per hour (depending on experience).

Hours: 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday and 06:00 - 14:30 on Friday.

The Role: As a Production Welder, you will have strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of sheet metal work. This role requires welding various metal components with the use of hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Weld metal components according to specifications and drawings.
  • Assemble parts and structures using various welding techniques.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
  • Experience with a variety of welding processes.
