We are recruiting for Production Operatives with an immediate start based near Melton Mowbray.
Salary: £13 per hour (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Temporary with potential to become permanent
Hours: 8am - 4pm
Location: Rural location near Melton Mowbray (having access to your own transport is essential due to the location of the role)
About the role
The Production Operative will be involved in the hands-on manufacturing of panel products.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutting materials to size using hand and power tools
- Gluing and assembling panel components
- Finishing and quality-checking products
- Packing and preparing orders for dispatch
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
- Supporting general workshop tasks as required
Skills & Experience
- Experience in a hands-on or production role
- Basic skills in cutting, assembly, or sewing are an advantage
