We're looking for reliable, hard‑working Refuse Loaders to join our waste‑collection team. You'll work outdoors in all weather, helping to keep our local community clean and safe by collecting household and commercial waste as part of a crew. This is a physical, fast‑paced role that suits someone who enjoys hands‑on work and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect household and commercial waste and recycling from designated routes
- Load bins, bags, and containers into the refuse vehicle safely and efficiently
- Return bins to the correct location after emptying
- Assist the driver with manoeuvring and route safety
- Report any issues such as contamination, blocked access, or missed collections
- Follow all health & safety procedures and wear provided PPE

Typical hours: 07.00 - 16.00 Monday to Friday (Some weekend or bank‑holiday work may be required)
