About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Housekeeper to join our team in Penrith on a part-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation and enjoys working in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and maintaining all designated areas to a high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising surfaces
- Managing laundry and changing bedding where required
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting stock shortages
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Reporting maintenance issues or concerns promptly
- Supporting the wider team to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
- A strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Good communication skills
- A current Clear DBS Check is required at the point of application
- Applicants must also be willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS Check if required
