Nicholas Associates Group in Sheffield is seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

This part-time role, 22.5 hours per week with flexibility, is on-site and reports to the Managing Director.

You will lead end-to-end onboarding and recruitment, provide HR guidance across the employee lifecycle, handle employee relations, and maintain HR records using HRIS.
