We are currently recruiting for a Paraplanner on a full time and permanent basis for our client based in Leicester.
Salary: £37,500 per annum
Working: Monday to Friday
Benefits:

About the role:
The Paraplanner will provide comprehensive paraplanning support to advisers, including provider and product research, portfolio analysis, and report writing. Responsibilities include:
- Product research, fund performance and risk analysis, and cashflow modelling.
- Prepare bespoke, compliant suitability reports tailored to individual client needs.
- Interpret Fact Finds and documentation to identify appropriate client outcomes and solutions.
- Support senior staff and advisers with technical analysis and recommendations.
- Manage complex cases from inception to completion.
- Resolving technical queries and providing suitable remedies.
- Maintain your own workflow, working independently to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery.
About you:
- Proven experience in paraplanning and report writing within financial services.
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
- Ability to extract and interpret relevant information from Fact Finds to produce cohesive reports.
- Experience with fund performance and risk analysis, cashflow modelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ideally experience with Curo or similar systems.
Qualifications:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) or actively working towards completion.
