We are partnering with our Sheffield-based client to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong electrical skills to join a dynamic team and work on high-quality switchgear assemblies.
The Role
- Assemble electrical switchgear and associated equipment to a high standard
- Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and production notes accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Support team members by sharing expertise and best practices
- Identify and report defective or malfunctioning components
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
About You
- Proven experience in wiring and assembling electrical panels
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow schematic diagrams
- Solid knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing practices
- Understanding of electrical regulations, including the 18th Edition
- Previous experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar environment
