We are partnering with our Sheffield-based client to recruit an experienced Panel Wirer on an ongoing temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong electrical skills to join a dynamic team and work on high-quality switchgear assemblies.

The Role

  • Assemble electrical switchgear and associated equipment to a high standard
  • Read and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and production notes accurately
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
  • Support team members by sharing expertise and best practices
  • Identify and report defective or malfunctioning components
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

About You

  • Proven experience in wiring and assembling electrical panels
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and follow schematic diagrams
  • Solid knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing practices
  • Understanding of electrical regulations, including the 18th Edition
  • Previous experience in electrical manufacturing or a similar environment
