Overview
We\\u2019re currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Manufacture Operative in Gainsborough. Our client prides themselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and innovative solutions. Due to growth, we are looking for skilled Manufacture Operatives to join their team.
Pay rates: Starting \\u00a314ph and good overtime rates available too
As a Manufacturing operative you are responsible for carrying out specific tasks which contribute to the products being manufactured from raw materials being received all the way through to the finished product being dispatched to our customers. Your role is designed to be varied to allow flexibility and can be required to work in all areas of production as follows: Incoming goods, Lasers, Tube forming and sheeting, Canning, Stores, Assemblers and Packers and Dispatch.
All training given where needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the maintenance of all housekeeping standards for all work areas.
- Ensure generation and maintenance of all relevant documentation.
- Work closely with all functional links in a professional, polite and efficient manner.
- Work to customer specifications using all information available i.e. Standard Operating Procedures and engineering drawings while checking off first of items to minimise scrap, defects i.e. cost.
- This role has responsibilities that have Cell specific tasks are assigned in a secondary Document that details individual tasks.

- Experience preferred but no essential.
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hard working and reliable.
