The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Operative / Setter to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Keighley. This is a permanent position with an immediate start available for the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating machinery to produce high-quality products to customer specifications while maintaining excellent quality standards and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Setting and operating production machinery
- Producing goods in line with works orders and quality standards
- Reading and understanding production drawings
- Using correct tooling and materials
- Carrying out quality inspections and accurate product weighing
- Working closely with Technical and Quality departments
- Maintaining a safe and efficient working environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Understanding of measuring equipment
- Good communication skills
- Flexible approach to rotating shifts
