We are a trusted recruitment agency seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join one of our valued clients in a fast-paced production environment. Whether you're looking for a packing role or ready to step up into a lead position, we have shifts to suit a variety of lifestyles.
Location: North Scarle. Own transport is essential, and a forklift licence or a willingness to obtain one is required.
Packing/Warehouse Operative
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - rotating days and nights (6am-6pm / 6pm-6am)
Role Overview: Working as part of a fast-paced production team, you will handle and pack products efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
Process Operative (Mill/Extruder)
Current Shift: Monday to Friday (standard 5-day working pattern). Future Shift: Moving to 24/7 rotation (with a 4-week notice period before the change).
Role Overview: Operate and monitor machinery involved in the production process, ensuring smooth and efficient running with minimal downtime.
