The basics:

Job Title: Quality Inspector
Location: near Lichfield
Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am to 12:00
Pay: £15 to £17 per hour plus overtime = earnings of £35,000 and upwards.
Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
Overtime available at x1.33 Mon-Fri, x1.5 Saturday and x2 Sunday
Holidays/Benefits: 32 days holidays, Pension, Free onsite parking.

Overview:

We now require a Quality Inspector to join the team. You will be tasked to inspect metal components using hand tools such as verniers, callipers, depth/height gauges.

Key responsibilities of the Quality Inspector role:

  • Visually and dimensionally inspect metal precision engineered components

The ideal candidate / Quality Inspector may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:

  • Must have previous experience using handheld measuring tools such as verniers, callipers etc.
  • Experience reading engineering drawings

Commutable from:

Lichfield, Tamworth, Barton and surrounding areas.
