HR Advisor - 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to £43,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
We are pleased to be supporting our client, a global organisation based in Leeds, in the search for an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract. Reporting directly to the HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting managers across the business and delivering a proactive, commercially focused HR service.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers.
- Managing a varied employee relations caseload, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.
- Coaching and influencing managers to ensure best HR practice.
- Supporting the full employee lifecycle.
- Working closely with the HR Business Partner team to deliver operational HR support.
- Ensuring policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment legislation.
