Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.21 per hour + Night Shift Premium
Hours: 12-Hour Day & Night Shifts (06:00 - 18:00 / 18:00 - 06:00)

- Trainee Rate: £12.71 per hour
- Intermediate Rate: £13.21 per hour
- Night Shift Premium: Additional £2.00 per hour for all hours worked on night shifts
Stafforce Ports are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established company operating at Immingham Docks. We are seeking reliable and hardworking Telehandler & Forklift Drivers to join a busy port operation, supporting the movement and handling of bulk materials and products across the site.
The Role
As a Telehandler & Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation, ensuring materials are transported safely and efficiently while supporting warehouse, yard, and loading activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating Telehandlers and Counterbalance Forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles, trailers, and storage areas
- Transporting products and materials across the site
- Supporting stock control and inventory activities
- Conducting daily pre-use equipment inspections and reporting defects
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety
- Assisting with general operational duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Valid Telehandler licence/certification
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence/certification
- Previous experience operating Telehandlers and Forklifts in an industrial, warehouse, or port environment
- Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible approach to working both day and night shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high standards of work
