We are seeking a reliable Port Industrial Cleaner to support operations across dock areas, warehouses, and cargo handling zones. About the Role
As a Port Industrial Cleaner, you will work across quaysides, terminals, storage facilities, and port equipment areas, ensuring they remain clean, safe, and compliant with maritime safety standards. Your work helps keep port operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain port facilities including quaysides, loading bays, cargo sheds, and terminal buildings.
- Support environmental and health & safety compliance across restricted and operational port zones.
- Maintain accurate cleaning logs and report hazards immediately.
- Work safely around HGVs, cargo operations, and vessel movements.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in industrial cleaning, port cleaning, or heavy-duty commercial cleaning (preferred).
- Awareness of port safety rules, including PPE use and restricted-area protocols (training can be provided).
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
