We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Burgh le Marsh for a Hygiene Operative to join their growing team.
About the Role:
As a Hygiene Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the production areas. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring food safety standards are met at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out deep cleaning of production equipment and facilities
- Follow strict hygiene, health & safety, and food safety protocols
- Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and equipment as instructed
- Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What We\’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a hygiene or cleaning role (ideally within food production)
- Good attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Comfortable working night shifts and in chilled environments
- A team player with a strong work ethic
