Pay Rate: £13.40 per hour

Stafforce are recruiting a Night Hygiene Operative for a well-established food manufacturing business in Hull. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team, offering regular night shifts, excellent overtime rates, and the potential to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Night Hygiene Operative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the site meets the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Deep cleaning of production lines, machinery and factory equipment
- Cleaning floors, walls, drains and workstations to strict hygiene standards
- Safely using cleaning chemicals and specialist hygiene equipment
- Dismantling and reassembling machinery for thorough cleaning
- Completing cleaning schedules and hygiene records
- Adhering to food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures at all times
- Ensuring production areas are fully prepared for the next day's operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous hygiene, industrial cleaning, food production or manufacturing experience desirable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Physically fit and able to undertake cleaning duties throughout the shift
Pay & Benefits
- £13.40 per hour
- Overtime paid at Time & a Half after 40 hours worked per week
- Saturday overtime paid at Double Time after 4 hours worked
- All Sunday hours paid at Double Time
- Weekly pay
- Free on-site parking
- Full training provided
- Opportunity to secure a permanent contract
- Ongoing support from the Stafforce team
