We are recruiting for Trainee Technicians and Lead Technicians to work on a permanent basis for an expanding Manufacturing company.
Full training will be provided.
Duties will include
- Correct removal and fitting of extrusion tools onto lines.
- Safely stripping and cleaning Extrusion tools.
- Preparing lines for startup with basic safety and operational checks being completed.
- Preparing and loading the correct materials onto line.
- Safe and correct start up and shutdown of lines with full fault identification and reporting.
- Following master conditions and amending with approval where necessary to achieve correct product quality.
- Product quality and specification checks and first off approval.
- Fault finding and correction when product quality isn't met.
