Our client, a leading UK manufacturer within their sector, is looking for Production Operatives to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis due to continued business expansion.
- Preparing profiles ready for the painting and finishing process
- Painting profiles to the required standard while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
- Assembling profiles and components in line with production requirements
- Checking finished items for accuracy, quality, and presentation before they move to the next stage
- Preparing completed products ready for packing, despatch, and delivery
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe at all times
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets and deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse environment would be beneficial, but full training can be provided
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
- A team player who can also work well independently when required
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is committed to maintaining high standards of quality
- Reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about developing within the role
- A flexible approach to work and the ability to support different areas of production when needed
