We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives and FLT Drivers for multiple PD Ports locations across Teesside.
Locations:
- PD Ports - KP, Billingham
- PD Ports - Taylors, Billingham
- Tioxide, Hartlepool
Pay Rates:
- KP & Tioxide: £14.84 per hour for the first 40 hours worked, £19.74 per hour for all hours worked after 40 hours
- Taylors: £13.96 per hour for the first 40 hours worked, £18.57 per hour for all hours worked after 40 hours
Shift Patterns:
- KP - 4 On / 4 Off (Rotating Days & Nights) 06:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 06:00
- Tioxide - 4 On / 4 Off Rotating shift pattern covering days and nights
- Taylors - Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts) Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:00, Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:00
Main Duties:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operating Counterbalance and FLT equipment.
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse and storage areas.
- Booking goods in and out.
- Maintaining accurate stock control.
- Completing daily vehicle and equipment checks.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- General warehouse housekeeping duties.
- Supporting operational requirements across the site.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence.
- Previous warehouse and FLT experience.
- Ability to work rotating shift patterns.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Reliable and flexible approach to work.
Desirable:
- Flexi FLT experience (required for Tioxide roles).
- Experience working in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing or port environments.
Recruitment Process:
