We are recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in Grimsby Europarc. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a well-established employer that supplies high-quality food products to major retailers across the UK. Shift pattern / Working hours

This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am. Candidates must be able to work all three shifts on rotation.

Production Operative positions are available with immediate starts. These are ongoing opportunities with potential for long-term work for the right candidates.

Job description

As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the manufacturing and packing of food products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are always maintained. Duties will include:

  • Working on a fast-paced production line preparing and packing food products
  • Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
  • Operating production machinery and equipment following training
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
  • Completing general production duties as required
  • Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets

  • Have previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food environment (preferred but not essential)
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

  • Be reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
