We are recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a leading food manufacturing business in Grimsby Europarc. Shift pattern / Working hours
This position operates on a rotating shift pattern, Monday to Friday; 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am. Candidates must be able to work all three shifts on rotation.

Job description
As a Production Operative, you will play an important role in the manufacturing and packing of food products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are always maintained. Duties will include:
- Working on a fast-paced production line preparing and packing food products
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Following food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures
- Operating production machinery and equipment following training
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Completing general production duties as required
- Working effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets

To be considered for the position of Production Operative you must:
- Have previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food environment (preferred but not essential)
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be flexible and able to work rotating shifts
- Be reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
- Have a good eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Work well both independently and as part of a team
