Are you a detail-oriented Finance Assistant with advanced SAP skills, ready to hit the ground running? A leading brand in the luxury jewellery and accessories industry is looking for an experienced professional to join their finance team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this hybrid role offers a flexible working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home. It’s the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment and can bring both accuracy and efficiency to financial processes from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily banking processing
- Processing staff expenses and staff orders
- SAP Concur credit card transactions
- Maintaining Klarna settlements spreadsheet
- Assisting with preparation of pay runs when needed
- Importing monthly recurring invoices (both AP and AR)
- Supporting with accruals and prepayments journals
- Responding to both internal and external queries via phone and email in a timely manner
- Handling the daily post for the Finance team (when in the office)
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as they arise
About you:
- Ideally level 3 AAT Qualified
- Minimum of 2 years in a similar role
- Advanced SAP experience and knowledge - SAPHANA2021 and SAP Concur (essential)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills.
