Key Responsibilities- Manage and develop cleaning contracts across multiple sites
- Lead, recruit, and support cleaning teams
- Maintain high standards of service and customer satisfaction
- Build strong relationships with clients and staff
- Plan deep cleans and ensure all work is completed and audited
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance across all sites
- Carry out regular site inspections and manage staff rotas
- Previous cleaning management or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of cleaning methods and materials
