On behalf of our client, a business with a strong international presence, we are seeking to recruit a French, German or Spanish speaking International Customer Service Advisor.
The role
- Supporting the International Sales Team by responding to enquiries in a timely and effective manner
- Provide high standard of customer service.
- Process customer orders accurately to agreed service level.
- Plan, prioritise and check sales orders and ensure the details are accurately transferred into our order management system.
- Interpret instructions from various Sales Exec colleagues and identify any issues arising.
- Communicate, liaise, and negotiate (internally and externally) to ensure customer orders are delivered accurately
- Liaise with the Logistics team to update customers on their order progress
- Update company records accurately
You
- Fluent in any/all of German, French or Spanish - multilingual would be a distinct advantage
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft platforms).
- Strong data entry experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken English) and good telephone manners are crucial.
