We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in Shipley for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive environment.
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent (after 12-week probation)
Pay Rate: £12.71 - £13.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
- Every other Saturday: 9:00am - 1:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to clients
- Handle customer queries and issues efficiently and professionally
- Support customers with enquiries, account management, and problem resolution
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
