The basics:
- Role: Permanent
- Shift choices and pay available:
- Option 1: Days Mon–Thu 8am to 5pm and 8am to 1pm on Friday. Pay: up to £40,000 + OT available = earnings of £43k and upwards achievable.
- Option 2: Mon – Thurs twilight 16:30–02:45, Monday to Thursday up to £52,000 depending on experience + OT available.
Overview:
Working in modern, purpose built (clean and warm) manufacturing facilities we now require a CNC turner to join the team.
Key responsibilities of the CNC Turner role:
- Machine precision engineered components using Mazatrol or Fanuc controls.
The ideal candidate / CNC Turner may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Time served apprentice trained
- Previous experience in setting and operating CNC Lathes / CNC Turning
- Any programming online at the machine beneficial – editing online
- Previous experience machining metal precision engineered components
