Stafforce is currently recruiting Waste Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced operation based in North Cave. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for stable, long-term employment within a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sorting and segregating waste materials safely and efficiently
- Working on production lines and within a recycling yard environment
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider team to meet operational targets
The Ideal Candidate:
- Comfortable working in a physical, hands-on role
- Able to work outdoors and in varying conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Previous waste/recycling or production experience is beneficial but not essential
