About the Role

Our client is looking for a reliable and hardworking Forklift driver that is confident to operate a grabber attachment to join their team in Gilberdyke. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-established food production company supplying fresh produce.

Working Hours

Standard shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm. Finish times may vary between 2:30pm - 5:00pm depending on workload.

Key Responsibilities for Forklift Driver

  • Operating a counterbalance forklift truck to move goods safely and efficiently
  • Handling materials using a grabber attachment (training provided if no prior experience)
  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Moving stock to designated areas within the warehouse or production site
  • Ensuring all goods are stored correctly and safely
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements for Forklift Driver
